I am happy for you to be able to enjoy your day with family, that means a lot to me as I am across the country from mine. Sounds like you had a feast today, I know you enjoyed the family as much as the food. I made the pancake for Hubby this morning with chia seeds for him as they are good for his diabetes and he wanted two--he got one down and only a few bites of the other as he said he was so full I told him and he didn't believe me that one would be enough. I am glad you like the cheesecake, it is the same every time I make it and it doesn't last long around here. Keeping my fingers crossed for the morning weigh in for you. JIBBIE49 Be careful with portion sizes so u don't need the "Protein Days." I've seen people have a problem with gains because of to much cheese and nuts. If u use cheese you really have to measure it out. One woman on YouTube showed how doing an "eyeball" method with what she thought was 1/4 cup which was what a SERVING size was on the package, when she measured it, it was actually over 1/2 cup.
