Took a yoga class this morning. What a great way to exercise AND relax. (Yoga is an ancient exercise/activity undertaken to prepare the body/mind for meditation and prayer.)
I wasn't even CLOSE to binding poses, but Yoga is not about what you can't do... it's about what you/your body can do and respecting "that place" where you are.... ah, acceptance.
Acceptance. Accepting and honoring what I can do with my body, with its many imperfections, and yet in those yoga moments it is perfect.
Accepting where I am, in this moment... a new way to think and to be.
