Eating was a little up and down this week but better than it has been lately. Some of it was due to going back to work and the change in schedule and stress levels. I am finding that my commitment is getting stronger to wanting to eat well and for health instead of for comfort.
Gained 1.2 lbs with no change in inches. According to my scale, I lost 0.4% body fat which was nice to see since it hardly ever changes so I'll take it. I know some of the gain is due to the stress and not sleeping and I also might have a food intolerance/insensitivity that is contributing.
Up and down week fitness wise but I felt I needed to take a few rest days to remind myself that I need them and that workouts have to be balanced like everything else. I think doubling up workouts was draining my energy so I'm going back to alternating cardio and strength days. I completed the first week of the Lean phase for ChaLEAN Extreme and only have 3 more to go until the program is finished.

I'm still working on so many things in this area but I am determined to make the required changes and keep moving forward. One step at a time.
