So I admit it.. I have slacked BADLY. I'm talking went from 4-5x working out to 1x workout per week and messing up every other day with my calorie counting and massive binge sessions. Buts thats about to change starting this month. Although I was still up and down with my calories and have put on some of my weight I still stuck it out with doing great working out so far. Today is DAY #2 with no binging and I'm proud of that..and the day is officially almost over..I enjoy getting threw the day with no binges it makes me feel great! So heres my new goals...w/ 3FC I have a 90-Day exercise challenge and it's to get 54 workouts in before October 31st. Right now I'm at 06/54 :) Still awhile to go but starting out okay I believe.

My goal weight for the end of August is 130. That's only because I believe i can get these 7 lbs off easier because I believe alot of it is water weight from my AWFUL binges or atleast thats what I'm hoping....I will update soon and I WILL be doing good!
