So I have figured out that I am so much more motivated to stick with things while blogging, so my note to self is BLOG! I am back on track with doing my workouts, and still sweating my little bum off! But I am so unmotivated and have not been eating well! I pretty much stopped blogging after the newness of the workouts wore off. It was like "what else can I say, I've already written about this workout twice". But it looks like I will keep bugging you all out there in the blog world! Now that I've gotten a couple more workouts under my belt I know I will keep going and finish the program.
I am really focused on nutrition for the rest of the program. I have started back to work and after the first days of "oh I missed you, lets go to lunch" and "oh I haven't had a burrito "as big as your head" in year, lets go" and yes...I got a mini so it wasn't truly as big as my head. So now I am going to start packing my lunch and snacks again and my busy workdays will help combat my mindless munching and daytime drinking by the pool
Like I mentioned before I am re-doing a couple of workouts from when I wasn't feeling well so I have 6 weeks left. I have a goal of 8lbs in 6 weeks, lets make this happen...I'll keep you posted!
