Only 3 weeks in and I'm at a plateau it seems. I'm exercising (walk/jogging) 70 minutes 6 days a week, 7km. Eating between 1400-1500 cals per day, I had one bad day where I ate about 1700. But my body has decided it's not going to cooperate.
So from what I've been reading it's time to change up my exercise, get more resistance training in and change my diet a little. I'm going to cut down to 1200 average and start zigzaging my calories, buy a digital food scale and get nitpicky about measuring. I allowed a little sugar, flour and dairy back into my diet, but I need to be more vigilant about avoiding them as much as possible.
Tomorrow is moving day and I'm a little stressed. I've packed my truck right to the ceiling with all it will hold, the rest will have to wait until my parents come up with a trailer in a few months. I can't afford a moving company. It's about an 18-hr drive because there is a ferry invovled and it's slow. I won't be able to run tomorrow, and starting Monday I have to find a new jogging route in my new town. I don't like change!!! Thank goodness I have my exercise DVDs to tide me over until I find a route I like. I'll also pick up my kids at their dad's on my way through the 'big' city, yay! I've been so lonely without them. =(
