Day 12 of the 17 day diet

Well....blah...blah...blah....
drank some kefir, ate some egg beaters, grapefruit, salmon, chicken breast...you've heard it all. Nothing new today. I'm getting double the exercise with my dog visitor. Thats nice. No more growling at night which is good. I'm going to the movies tomorrow with some friends. Hmmm... movies with no popcorn, no soda, no red vines. This could be recipe for disaster! I'll make it through. Maybe I'll sneak in some kefir! Heheheh!
So as I predicted, I maintained my weight today. Bummer...my body really doesn't want to give up any more. We'll be patient and see if it happens. Three more pounds! Thats all I want! (Oh, I'll take more...)

Cross your fingers for a loss.... till tomorrow....
