Well, yesterday was a good day in regards to my efforts toward becoming slimmer, but I learned two things from conquering my challege of trying to getback down to the weight I was when I left highschool. I jumped on the scale and got down to 186, which is 12 pounds lighter than 4 weeks ago.
Here is what I learned about me:
1. I must have had much morr muscle mass mass back then, because I feel as though I was not holding onto much fat.
2. I still have quite a bit of work to do. Originally I set my goal to get under 180, but now, I think I will be changing the goal to 170. I guess goals should be moving targets, and the lower the better. I am just going to continue to challenge and push myself.
Realistically, I set a weight goal only for the fact that I wanted something tangible, but weight really is not that important to me, its the look that I am going for.
I will get there, it is going to take some work, but I will do it!
