I did good at eating and logging on Wednesday. The scale said 176.0 on Thursday morning. I did good at eating and logging on Thursday. The scale said 174.2 this morning. Yay! In addition I have taken my vitamins for 3 days in a row, and drank enough water. With the heat gone (and the boss on vacation) I feel pretty good today. I don't feel completely exhausted or stressed out. I am slowly cleaning off my desk, getting my work done, yet taking it easy at the same time.

As I was sitting here relaxing, I began to think about support and why it is so great to sometimes have those little pick me ups. Being a part of Spark People allows a person to see who many people who are going through similar journeys. I remind myself that I am on here for several reasons, and it isn't just because of the food diary. It is because there is a real community here. There are days that someone may randomly pop in and give words of encouragement, or days that I may do that for someone. It is uplifting to see a kind comment on a blog, or a sparkgoodie on your page. It is also motivational seeing people's pages with their pictures and stories. There are so many great people on here that are making progress, and yet they deal with the same struggles that I do.

I may not always be active on here, but when I am I feel a real sense of an online community with some fabulous people that are wonderful!
