This week has been pretty good as far as activity & exercise go, but not as great when it comes to what I've eaten.
My days have all started off great and gone well until after dinner when almost every night this week I have decided to get a "snack" that quickly turned into 500-800 calories, mostly related to sugar. GRR!
The me that I want to be is an almost completely clean eating me, with very few processed foods and very little sugar, but I am discouraged because it seems like I am losing the battle of becoming the me I want to be.
Well, I won't give up!
So, in the process of reading new blogs around the 'net (which is something I have been doing a LOT lately), I stumbled across this blog with an article about some great ideas for cutting out sugar without making life miserable. I wanted to share it with you all because I know I am not the only one who feels like she is in an ongoing sugar battle.
