Day 21!!!!

Day 21 is finally here!!!I did better then I thought I would, never did I think i could stay with a program this long.I always hear about diet/program fails but was always too scared to try them.I think this sp program has been working great, i have yet to use the meal planner, just eating what i want but learned to control portions, i am also proud of the changes that i have made, i am eating so much fresh fruit then i have in a long time, i am learning that it is okay to feel hunger to a point, but also know how to control my portions, and how to not eat til the "full" feeling comes along.I am still sticking to it and hope that i can last another week without major setbacks..I rewarded myself by going an extra 30 minutes of workout today..i incorporated a stepper into my routine..for the day???lol!!not sure yet if i will keep using it, it hurt my knees and had to stop after 25 minutes.I also want to say to all of my new friends, if you are not reading the articles yet, read them there is a lot of information on here that can help, i learn something new evertime i read them. also reading blogs posted by others help as well, some are so inspirational, the motivate me to keep going, i dont want to disappoint any of you and give up.lets get this done together!!Hang in friends!!!!!

    i know what you both mean about the stepper, i went for the 25, it started hurting, so thats the whole reason i got off, and NO, i would hate to get an injury, then for sure i wouldnt be able to exercise...starting to love it, thanks ladies...

    Good Job sticking with your program! Be careful of anything that hurts your knees! You don't want to end up injured and not able to do much of anything. Build up to things and recognize that some things just might not be good exercise options for you. For instance, I simply can't do the stepper. Even at 5 minutes, something about the motion aggravates my knees and I'll pay the price the next day! So I just don't do that one. Plenty of other options!

    yes i love the trackers and sp features. really helps keep us on track and know what we really ate for the day, lol. The steppers are something to start out slow on, i started at 5 mins and worked up, it feels good when you are doing it but you don't know your are overdoing it until the next day or later that day when you cramp up or hurt....
