Its been 3 days since I went back to staying under 15 net carbs a day and I feel awesome! No more waking up in the middle of the night hungry, or being cranky all day. I have alot more energy and feel so much cleaner internally. I know the first two weeks while adjusting to any diet you might gain a pound or two, which I have and I know its from muscle because I'm still losing inches and my clothes are not tighter, in fact my stomach looks flatter.
I'll take my months measurements on the 21st of each month to be consistent with when I took them last month. I can't wait to report all the inches I'm losing.
