Where I have been and A Plan of ATTACK!

So I need to start making my list and checking it twice....I will keep two, one here for nutritional, fitness reasons, and general day to-do things and one in my day planner for all other things and specifics (I LOVE to cross things off)

TO DO's for Aug 11

-Take Meds
-Take Advocare supplements (ALL STRIPS!!!)
-Take 2 Sparks
-Go to Dog Class
-Go to Hospital
-Pack snacks
-Eat a healthy lunch and dinner (no cop outs!!!)
-Look into the flowers for the wedding!!! (if time permits)

I want to eventually grow this list to be more specific but at this point I feel it will freak me out...so starting out with the K.I.S.S principle!!!

Ok, it is a start!!

    I hope Grandma's surgery goes weel today and that you get your asthma under control soon! All those low intensity walks ARE better than sitting on your butt, AND, you are keeping yourself safe so, try to get some enjoyment out of those walks and know you are doing the best for YOU in this moment!

16 days to the wedding! So excited for you!

    This is a great list and I do hope all goes well at the hospital and the doctors office.

RE lists..I use them as well, especially trying to help Dennis with his work..and then me with what needs to continue to get done trying to sell both homes...at list when I cross off things we know we are headed forward!

    Hope your Grandma will be ok. I know it's such a worry when you have a relative in hospital.

Good luck at the doctors when you go about your asthma.

Walking is good. Better to be moving than sitting still!
