So I need to start making my list and checking it twice....I will keep two, one here for nutritional, fitness reasons, and general day to-do things and one in my day planner for all other things and specifics (I LOVE to cross things off)
TO DO's for Aug 11
-Take Advocare supplements (ALL STRIPS!!!)
-Take 2 Sparks
-Go to Dog Class
-Go to Hospital
-Eat a healthy lunch and dinner (no cop outs!!!)
-Look into the flowers for the wedding!!! (if time permits)
I want to eventually grow this list to be more specific but at this point I feel it will freak me out...so starting out with the K.I.S.S principle!!!
Ok, it is a start!!
