I don't really have anything to write about; it has been an interesting week, but I took a picture and thought I would share it with y'all. Nothing special...
219 pounds this morning, it's been kinda flat for a couple weeks, I don't know if I'm eating too much or not enough. I'm certainly exercising (running, swimming, weights) and avoiding for the most part fast food, but I haven't been super diligent about logging everything so it is possible I'm under nourished a little. Bonus: My car has been at the shop since Sunday so I can't go to the grocery store, all I can make at home is a sandwich with fruit. I also have some baby carrots, and I had a salad delivered today at work for lunch. So healthy habits are working, I guess.
