I suck at journaling regularly!

Sorry...I mean to write more frequently...just not good at it. Anyway, I'm healing so well from the accident.

Been back to the gym two days in a row this week and feeling stronger! Even managed a complete course on the elliptical, at a pretty intense clip! Doing planks again (lost a lot of ground here...was doing close to 2 minutes and now can manage 4 30 second planks. But I'll get it back again). Back on the machines, even if I had to move the weights back a little. I'll get it all back soon enough!

Summer vacation is almost over and I spent the first half nursing wounds...so I'll likely be spotty on here, since I've got a lot of summer to make up for in just a few weeks!

    i am ok with short blogs, but i go weeks to a month without journaling and it is important as a way to clear out my brain and deal with things and plan goals.
