Just Hanging

I've been working out with my kettlebells a few days a week, skating a bit, doing body weight and flexibility/joint exercises and still utilizing my chin-up/pull-up bar. Last night I had an intense free-style kettlebell workout and on a whim I tried doing a chin-up afterwards. I was surprised, amazed and delighted that I could do a chin-up and hold it for 30 seconds before slowly lowering myself down.
