I'm not normally an optimistic person. The way I usually function is to see the glass half empty.
I'm slowly learning that when I am optimistic
about life in general, I feel better. This enables me to accomplish more things during the day with positive outcomes.
It doesn't matter if it's weight related or emotions related. The results are better!
So for me it all boils down to how I want to think about things.
If I choose to be optimistic, I will be. If I choose not to be optimistic, I won't be. Today I choose to be optimistic.
I want all good things in my life. I want to be happy, carefree and serene.
