adding 20 minute strength training to my mornings

So I changed my diet recently , but my body is still SLOOOOOOOWWWWLY losing weight , so I decided in addition to the zumba I already do I will be adding 20 minute strength training sessions to my mornings .

    Good for you! I really need to get back to doing strength training again as it really makes a huge difference in appearance by toning those muscles!
