Good morning Sparkers.
I must say yesterday was better than the days before but I know in my heart of hearts I can do wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy better. I kept my portions under control which is my main goal and I ate better than usual but I want to do better, I need to do better. Now don't get me wrong, I'm fairly proud of myself but even after exercise I don't feel like I lost anything.
Oh yeah- btw- yesterday was my first day of actual exercise in months- so I'm majorly proud of myself and I realized something- I like the hot sweaty feeling after working out. I like cursing out the person making me work so hard. It got kind of fun after about 20-25 minutes in: Yesss this is p90X CardioX and yes I got through the video- the first 5 minutes were killer with all the yoga moves and hand to plank to dog and all that so I had to chill on that but I did the rest (much to my guy's surprise) Take that doubters : P
So onto today... a much more healthier day --- I pray
Pre-Breakfast Snack 310 cal: 1 cup blueberries, 1 cup strawberries, 1 banana, 1 cup yogurt- add together thrown in a blender and wa-laaa delicious smoothie. (and 16.9 oz water on the side)
Breakfast (or meal 2) 200 cal:
Diff from yesterday- only 1 tbs of cream cheese (saved 20 calories) and 2 slices of bacon instead of 4 (saved 70 calories)
Ugh!! I still want more! why why why??? I guess its cuz even though I've eaten more than enough, it looked like it wasnt enough according to how I normally eat. Screw that seconds garbage. I'm on a mission- I'm going to drink 2 cups of water and see how I feel then : (
