Plateau finally broken!!

I was the same 3 lbs for 11 days and I was starting to worry something was wrong with me. I started doing Jillian Michaels and the Biggest Loser workout DVDs and they work my butt off. I also have cut my calories to 1200-1330. I am very happy but I am worried that if I go and eat normally I will gain it all back.

    Glad to hear it. But leave the fretting behind with the loss of the 3 pounds. Fearing that you`ll gain it back only causes undo stress and worry. You`ve lost the 3 now go after the nest 1

    Congrats on the weight loss! I wouldn't worry so much about the plateau or regaining your weight, but pay attention to what time of the month it is. I know I lose most my weight the first 2 weeks after my period and then less or none for the other 2 weeks. Sometimes it's just how your body works! :)

    Jillian has great work outs but if you eat to little you will lose more muscle than you want. It's all about balance, got my fingers crossed that you can find yours, and I find mine, and world hunger ends, the debt crisis ends.....etc etc emoticon
