I was the same 3 lbs for 11 days and I was starting to worry something was wrong with me. I started doing Jillian Michaels and the Biggest Loser workout DVDs and they work my butt off. I also have cut my calories to 1200-1330. I am very happy but I am worried that if I go and eat normally I will gain it all back.
