So today was day five of my early morning jog (I took sunday off) and it was definately the hardest. Getting up was a struggle and I didn't have breakfast so my energy went fast. I managed to keep going as best I could, but I definately won't be running before breakfast again. I might get some salsacise in later to make up for this morning.
I'm glad I've stuck with it so far, and I do believe this is something I'll continue to work at and soon seen improvements, however slight, in my fitness. My scales are making me nervous since they seem to be very unreliable, literally one figure one minute, another the next. So I'm going to start measuring to keep track of any changes that way too.
Eating little and often is starting to become routine now too, and when I eat I find myself getting fuller faster which is fantastic. So all in all, so far so good :)
