Working Out your Stress

Hey Spark People, I hope everyone had a great day.
For me today was a stressful day from the moment I put my feet on the floor. As the day went on I was in my mind attempting to weasel out of getting on the treadmill because of the stress. Then I remembered my lesson on flexibility.
The lightbulb has been turned on. I need to be more flexible in my life. That is my lesson. I will have stress everyday in some way! I can deal with what comes my way in the best way I know how.
So I did my 100 minutes on the treadmill and worked out my stress.
