The chains of habit are generally too small to be felt until they are too strong to be broken. In the past 1 lb loss was 'NOT ENOUGH' for me, I was not satisfied and focussed on the fact that people lose 10lbs with this much effort and I gain much faster than this etc.......
However my new mantra is 'GOOD ENOUGH' and I can see the positive in me with a shift in paradigm. You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.Instead of giving myself reasons why I can't, I give myself reasons why I can.
I have learned to realize that those who wish to sing, always find a song.
