I have been lax in writing.
I'm not going to make excuses, just some explanations.
I have worked out, have been eating (mostly) right. Just have not input the data into SparkPeople.
This must change.
We just returned from a cross country trip with our 2 Grand Daughters (15 and 4 years old). The Trip took us to quite a few National and State Parks.
Palo Duro Canyon, Texas.
Mount Rushmore, South Dakota.
Craters of the Moon, Idaho.
the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, Yosemite, California,
and the Grand Canyon in Arizona.
19 days, 6,278.2 miles, weight gain 9.6 lbs ugh.
But, as a friend pointed out that is "only" 0.0015 pounds or 0.024 ounces per mile.
It did not help that I, besides the meal I ordered for myself, also ate, what the girls left on their plates.
I had weighed myself the morning of our departure and at that point weighed 149.2 lbs. The day we returned I weighed in the evening and was shocked to see 158.8 lbs displayed on the scale.
I will now resume the habit of weighing once a week on the same day.
We also started going to Water Aerobics again, so hopefully by our next Vacation in November I am back where I should be.
