Found a way to add exercise

I hate to exercise unless I'm doing a sporting event or I'm swimming. In the past I didn't see the use of exercising unless there was an instant goal. You know society, many want that instant gratification and I was one of them. I still want instant gratification but in a different way. I get my gratification by adding exercise into my fifteen hour work day.

Yesterday I read an article that stated that a person burns more calories by building muscle and having their body repair that muscle. Did you actually know that we burn more calories breathing, in body functions, and repairing our body. So I thought that I would put the article to the test. Every two hours (my break) I'll do fifteen minutes of a muscle building activity.

What's my instant gratification. Well after those fifteen minutes, I know that my body is boosting my metabolism to run and repair my body. I also know that by the end of my day, I would have done 105 minutes of walking in place.

We'll see if the inches and pounds begin to drop

    Great plan. I have a book called "Flip the switch" that recommends that. Gets the metabolism running faster!
