Good morning Sparkers.
I am a happy camper today. I am focused and motivated and I feel good about myself. My goals for this week are portion control mainly and choosing better. I made a commitment to love myself and dagnamit- thats what I am going to do.
So to start my picture journal...
I present
Breakfast:
Bagel thin- 110 calories
FF Straw Cream Chz- 40 cal for 2 TBS
Turkey Bacon- 140 cal for 4 slices
(meal= 290 cal)
Snack:
Activia Yogurt- 140 cal
Lunch: Aggghhh my coworker made me lunch and it was drowning in bbq sauce--- nooooooooo wasted calories but it was really good- so only my own food from now on
Snack: Sorry no pic but it was a delish salad with organic greens, cucumber, 1/3 cup cheese, slivered almonds, fat free italian dressing (which actually happens to be good) and that might be all
Dinner: After I took the picture and realized I was about to post it- guilt seeped in and I actually gave away the noodles to my guy. That leaves the rice, broccolii, and chicken for me Yayyyyyy
