Went Over but Tomorrow is a New Day

The short story is that I went over my calorie goals by quite a bit. I was very tired at my desk at work, so tired that I almost fell asleep twice. I asked my hubby to bring me a Mountain Dew fully expecting and hoping for at most 32 oz, nope he brings me a brand new 64 oz reusable insulated cup full of soda. Love him with all my heart and yes I asked him for it, but I was not wanting that much soda. Of course I did not have to drink it all, but I did.

Of course my dietician that I saw a little over a year ago told me that days like this are normal and to not let them get me down. So I am not. I had what I had, no need to fret over it or let myself go into a downward spiral; Tomorrow is a new day. I will do better tomorrow.
