Today was weigh in for the week. I was down another 3.2 pounds. Now I am down a total of 34.4 pounds since April. It has been hard at times. I get cravings once in a while, some days I just don't feel like going to the gym especially the days when it's hot and humid and i'm outside in it all day. I go to the gym anyway and work out. Afterwards I feel great. I satisfy my cravings once in a while as a reward for the hard work and progress. It really helps having someone to do this with as well. If it wasn't for my girlfriend finding this site I would still be trying to figure out how to lose weight and not starve to death. A BIG THANK YOU to her for finding this site, doing this with me and for all the support she has given me.
