Just Another Manic Monday

Happy Monday Sparkfam! It was a sunny & warm day here in Chicago but now the rain is coming down. My backyard looks like a forest because we haven't had time to clear all the bushes. YIKES!!

This is what I woke up looking like. I wanted to stay in bed but I knew my morning workout was waiting for me. So I got up & busied myself with everything else but an hour of workout. Finally, I jumped!

I put it into gear & got up & pressed "play." I did 30mins of Cathe Rhythmic Step & 35mins of Jillian Ripped in 30days. I am feeling the after shocks of doing both workouts together. I want to do 20mins of abs & 30mins of yoga tonight? We will see.

What do you do to motivate yourself to "just do it?"

    emoticon attitude Dee! It's been raining here as well (not that I am complaining) we need it, It just makes me not want to workout. I just did one session with Jari Love... Extremely Ripped, lower/upper body workout.. that's all I could do! emoticon

    well i opted for heavy cleaning today. tomorrow I will do aerobics or biking or something.....

    Good Monday to You Dee!

After my prayer session I got up and jumped on that mini tramp. It was rough at first then I got into it. lol It was a blessing and then I did my strength training for the day. I save my dance for later and my walk is an evening thing too. I'm bout to eat dinner and settle down for some Law & Order. lol I just love CI. How do you like Jillian's Ripped?

    I turn on the music and let the body move.
I keep my workouts as I do most appointments...on the schedule! Your blog was hysterical...thanks for sharing your Monday morning WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
