Happy Monday Sparkfam! It was a sunny & warm day here in Chicago but now the rain is coming down. My backyard looks like a forest because we haven't had time to clear all the bushes. YIKES!!
This is what I woke up looking like. I wanted to stay in bed but I knew my morning workout was waiting for me. So I got up & busied myself with everything else but an hour of workout. Finally, I jumped!
I put it into gear & got up & pressed "play." I did 30mins of Cathe Rhythmic Step & 35mins of Jillian Ripped in 30days. I am feeling the after shocks of doing both workouts together. I want to do 20mins of abs & 30mins of yoga tonight? We will see.
What do you do to motivate yourself to "just do it?"
