I made it through another great weekend!
That's two weekends in a row and this one was even better than the last. Not only did I stay within my calorie range both days but I also worked out. On Sat. I did 60min. of yoga warrior it was a lot more challenging than I thought it would be.
On Sun. I ran 4 miles my longest run yet.
When I weighed myself Sun. morning I was down 1.8lbs. I am now at my lowest weight for this year.
After work me and my husband are having a date night so I went on line and looked up the restaurant we are going to and already planned out my meal so that it fits in my calorie range and it's still a yummy meal that I am looking forward to. After dinner we are going to the movies and I am going to take in my own healthy snack so I'm not temped to buy any junk.
