I bought the Kettlenetics Slim and Tone DVD and 4lb Kettlebell set a month ago and finally got round to trying it out.
I did the kb elements, which is a 20 min video of the instructor, Michelle Khai, explaining her signature moves used in her workouts. I've never used a kettlebell before and found some of these moves really got me puffing! I then tried the 20 min workout that came with the set, which is called flowmotion. It was tough! You would think it might be easy lifting a 4lb weight (I've lifted a lot more in things like Chalean's Extreme but they are different types of workouts with different aims and ways of doing things), but I had to stop sometimes to catch my breath.
There are a lot of squats and lunges so it should help tone my lower half, which is my weakest area. It also involves twists at the waist including the kettlebell, so hopefully that will tone up my abs as well!
