Usually Sunday is my day to set goals for the upcoming week. Yesterday was so out of kilter, though. From the looks of it, so will all week be. Hubby is in the midst of his AT (annual training, army speak) and his schedule is erractic. My animals are even off schedule.
What to do? Main meals earlier in the day. Desserts for an anytime supper. (anyone who knows me knows that could be a whole grain waffle with berries and nuts). Try to sleep.
