Even if you eat bad, still go to the gym! It's not a waste of time!!! Burn off some of those calories is better than packing it all.
Besides, looking at your calorie intake for the weekend, you didn't do all that bad for splurging. You didn't go over that much so working out will make a difference!

Did you resist the candy at the store, I have something good like Candy or dessert on a Sunday and I don't crave any sweets for the rest of the week. Try It. Hugs Rosalyn

You know what I do for those late night cravings? I ready some little snack, like granola or fruit thing (something sweet and delicious), in the morning and have it ready by nightfall. I get all excited to eat it throughout the day, so I don't even think about crap food when I'm at my most vulnerable.

Don't sweat the bad eating thing. I wasn't too faithful either. But good for you for only letting it derail you 2 days. That is a wonderful pattern!! One I'm seeing in myself too. Go us!!
Those looked like caramel candies....MMMMMMmmm YUM. Thank God they don't sell 'em near here... I'm awful after working out for eating EVERYTHING. I survive on Gum, water and my 6ft5 man glaring me down until I play nice cuz I am a beeyotch until the belly stops trying to control me.
