I stepped on the scale this morning and was very pleased to see that I was down 3 pounds. WOOHOO!!!! All the hard work this week has paid off!!! I hope I can keep this up!!
Today was my rest day, but I went for a 3 mile walk with the dog and played 9 holes of golf. I adapted a favorite recipe this evening so that I could make it lower in calories and reduce the amount of fat in it. I love how I can use the recipe calculator to get an accurate calorie count on my favorite recipes!!
I'm looking forward to another great week, I think I've busted that plateau that I have been sitting on for the past month!!!
