Hey Everyone,

I haven't blogged in a couple of weeks let alone keep up with my routine. However today I did ok. I had my 8 glasses of water but didn't quite meet my calorie intake, came close though. No exercise today. It's that time of the month and I get these awful cramps in my stomach and aches in my thighs, so I just relaxed. I plan on doing better tomorrow.
