Ok pool is up and running...yea had to take it down ...but did keep up with treadmill...got to 15 minutes woohoo..doing work out with the weights that came with the treadmill...3 pound ones....I even was able to help with the cleaning of my back yard and the diggin and the mowing and thats awesome ...I got out there and sweated ..and it felt good to be out there doing work....finally been a while...not even that sore thats awesome....did good on my diet....even when the boys had pizza I had a salad....had a dr pepper though boooo...lol but not to bad of a setback....although I want a hershey bar so bad....lol right now having coffee with not sugar...not feeling to hungry but need to eat to keep up metabloism...plus doing the elmo method....and it seems to work...this eating to lose weight is actually working....

    Great job. I find for me it is hardest when other are enjoying the foods that I want. But remember, no matter how good that food on the plate looks it never looks that good on our bodies. Keep up the good work.
