341 days left 2 Tri - the end of month end week phew

The first week of the month is alwys a terrible one for me and August was particularly bad.

Monday I started strong Spinning class at 7 am befroe work, the bikes were all out on the roof teerrace so it was great working out and watching the city waking up. I was in the office for about 9:30 and left about 9:00 pm had salad for lunch and chicken for dinner.

Tuesday went I little crazy I arrived at work at 8:30 am had a cheese sandwch for lunch hit the chocolate mid after and at 7pm i realise it was going to be a long night so someone went out for macdonalds arghhh what was i thinking. Left the office at 01:20 yawn yawn yawn

Wednesday still exhuasted from the long day before I got to work for 9:00 am made bad lunch choice cordon bleu snitzel (chicken and cheese in bread crumbs) I cant remember what I ate left work at about 21:30 and sit at home finishing things off until 12:30



By this point im pretty tired but thursday is generally an easier day I was at work for 9am and home for 8pm phew I needed an early night

Friday hooray I've almost survived the week I arrive at 9:45 the extra tie in bed was uch appreciated. but oh no I have conference calls with US until 7pm arghh not nice on a Friday... ok generally the day wasn't so bad but still longer than I would of liked I met some friends after work and we wentout for ribs and beer I definitiely do not make good choices after a long hard week.

Saturday was all about recovery and sleep I woke up at about 11am i went upstairs to the sofa watch tv and snoozed in the after noon we had pizza for dinner but I had 2 slices so I can tell the control is starting to come back

and today is Sunday hopefully I will do something active today as I still feel quite dozy and think a bit of exercise will help to bring me back to life again.

Next week should be more under control I certainly hope to be reporting some positive progress especially on the swimming front.
