I'm so angry at myself! I couldn't push myself to swim today. I took a nap instead. No one understands that skipping a workout that I created already is NOT an option. I had to increase my calories per day to help my weight loss from my swimming and when I don't swim I mess up the calorie count and I might actually gain weight! I feel so bad about myself. When I'm not able to push myself I become weak, and no one likes a weak person, including myself.
