The Weight Loss Battle is often times a very long and lonly journey. Every thing on the market promise weight loss. However, try as you might, exercise, calorie counting, etc. leaves you more frustrated than you were before right? So what can you do when even SP can not get you to loose one ounce!
Well, like other diet plans I lost interest in tracking my daily activities. What was the sense I thought, I have faithfully tried SP for months. Religiously I worked out like crazy 3 X per week....Nothing...not even a minute fraction of a pound lost! I did not gain either. Just stayed at my starting weight.
My frustration knew no bounds, my tears of failure fell like rain. Oh if we only knew today how our life would be at 55, I do believe the future would not look so bleak.
So I think now you probably have a bit of insight of an older womans' health desires, at least in respect of weight loss. Thus is why when my daughter showed me the 'formula' by RocaLabs.com that I decided...Hey, why not? Am I not ready to undergo the real Gastric Bypass surgery? What did I have to loose anyway?
So on August 4th I tried my first dose.
Have you ever noticed those folks on the websites and infomercials always smiling? They swear how 'tasty', 'delicous' or 'superb' this or that is. Well, of course they would say that....they're paid to! In reality they can't wait for that 60 second clip to end so they can get rid of the foul taste! This is true for the RocaLabs formula. Especially if you mix it wrong like I did! LOL Yes, my first time using the formula was quite a comedy. I followed directions....I thought. I got a glass with a lid, poured 1 3/4 c. kool aid, added a little nutra sweet and two teaspoons of the formula. I did not have an actual teaspoon but I thought well, a cereal spoon is about the same size right? Being bold I decided to add an additional teaspoon but heaping this time. Next I snaped the lid on tight and shook vigerously for abour 3 to 4 minuets. Removing the lid I saw it was more like a gel in substance so I grabed a spoon and sat down to eat it. I tried...I really did. I even closed my eyes and tried to envision lucious ice cream with big chunks of white chocolate and malted milk balls, but nothing worked and when the gag reflex started I knew I could not stomach it. Ok ok, don't despair. Once I learned the mixing mistake I had made that first time I have been careful not to make them again. it is now not at all repungant. Granted, it is no chunky malt either but it does do as their web page advertises. It will curb your appitite and so long as you do not suffer from portion control dysfunction as I still do, you should do fine and possibly lose some weight.
Can you really loose weight with this product like the RocaLabs.com Web site 'testimonials' claim....We will see when I am weighed on the 24th. So come back often to see the results. My starting weight is 336.1
