1 month progress (w/ pics)!

Hi friends!
Hope you all have been having a wondermous-sparkly-spark week! emoticon
This week has been busy & I have a lot of catching up to do with my SP friends.

It's been a month since I got serious with watching what I eat & consistently exercising again, so it's time to look at the progress! I have to admit, I was a little saddened when I stepped on the scale this morning and saw that it had gone UP rather than DOWN in the last 2 weeks, but then I remembered that I have been GAINING MUSCLE! Once I took my measurements & progress pics I felt sooooooo much better, because although the scale went up a little, my inches went down and my pics show the rewards the hard work I've been putting into this + I feel so much better all around!
TOM visited this week. Oh, yay. ;) Gotta love that ol' icky feeling of bloating and cramps. Could my little gain be related to water retention as well? Probably.

Bust: 35
Under Bust: 30
Bicep: 11
Waist: 25.5
Hips: 38
Upper Thigh: 20.5
Calf: 13.5
Above Knee: 16 (measured 7-21-11)

1 month progress: 8-05-11
Weight: 125.2 (+0.6 lbs){2 lbs}
The following in inches:
Bust: 35 (+0.5){0}
Under Bust: 28 (0){-2}
Bicep: 10 (-0.5){-1}
Waist: 25 (0){-0.5}
Hips: 36.5 (0.5){-1.5}
Upper Thigh: 20 (-0.5){-0.5}
Calf: 13 (-0.5){0.5}
Above Knee: 14.5 (-1.5){1.5}

TOTAL: Down 2 lbs & 7.5 inches (another 3 inches in the last 2 weeks)!

This is my 1 month difference (July on top, August on bottom). I DEFINITELY see less flab & more definition! HOORAY!!!!!!!!

I could feel the most difference in my legs in the last 2 weeks, so I wasn't surprised when I saw that's where I lost the most this time. Hey, smaller pants on the way? I'm ok with that!

Do you see changes? I could use some encouragement if you do! How has your week been going?

    You look FABULOUS!

I can DEFINITELY see the differences, especially in your midsection, on all sides. Your hard work is ABSOLUTELY paying off, and you look amazing. I am actually built pretty similarly to you in your "before" picture, so this is giving me a GREAT push to turn it up a notch in the hope that I too will see results like yours!

    Awesome job! You look great. You can really see a difference. This reminds me of why I need to take before and after pics and not just focus on the scale.

    I see a more lean/toned body in the August pics. I see a flatter stomach...great work..def. go by the inches and how your clothes fit over the scale..the scale is not an accurate reflection on the changes that ARE going on! keep up the hard work..one day at a time!

    I notice a big difference in your mid-section and can see more abdominal muscle popping through. Also, if you look at the top and bottom pic of your left view, your quad muscle is more defined! Awesome job, keep up the good work!
