1 month progress (w/ pics)!

Hi friends!
Hope you all have been having a wondermous-sparkly-spark week! emoticon
This week has been busy & I have a lot of catching up to do with my SP friends.

It's been a month since I got serious with watching what I eat & consistently exercising again, so it's time to look at the progress! I have to admit, I was a little saddened when I stepped on the scale this morning and saw that it had gone UP rather than DOWN in the last 2 weeks, but then I remembered that I have been GAINING MUSCLE! Once I took my measurements & progress pics I felt sooooooo much better, because although the scale went up a little, my inches went down and my pics show the rewards the hard work I've been putting into this + I feel so much better all around!
TOM visited this week. Oh, yay. ;) Gotta love that ol' icky feeling of bloating and cramps. Could my little gain be related to water retention as well? Probably.

1 month progress: 8-05-11
Weight: 125.2 (+0.6 lbs){2 lbs}

Under Bust: 28 (0){-2}
Bicep: 10 (-0.5){-1}
Waist: 25 (0){-0.5}
Hips: 36.5 (0.5){-1.5}
Upper Thigh: 20 (-0.5){-0.5}

TOTAL: Down 2 lbs & 7.5 inches (another 3 inches in the last 2 weeks)!

This is my 1 month difference (July on top, August on bottom). I DEFINITELY see less flab & more definition! HOORAY!!!!!!!!

I could feel the most difference in my legs in the last 2 weeks, so I wasn't surprised when I saw that's where I lost the most this time. Hey, smaller pants on the way? I'm ok with that!
