Good Thursday Sparkfam! Its a beautiful day here in Chicago. Bright sunny day, no humidity just a plain ole summer day that many of us may remember. The weather is good for playing ball, tag or "it." lol I loved red light green light & freeze, oh & red rover, one of my favs!!!
Anyway, today I had a taste for a old fashion Chicago hot dog: bun w/poppy seeds, mustard & relish for me. If I got some hot peppers & slices of tomatoes that increases my vegetable intake. lol But relish & mustard are the standard for me & I had it all planned for dinner. Til I had a sliver of cheesy bread & a corner of meatlovers pizza. I wasn't strong enough to stay away. So my dinner will consist of a few pieces of baked chicken, yams, corn, broccoli & a salad w/cucumbers. Not boring but still my mouth was set for a hot dog. Tomorrow maybe?
My workout today consisted of walk/jog, Cathe step aerobics (killer!), Jillian Ripped in 30 & 20mins of abs. I don't have to tell you that most of this workout was in the a.m. cause in the p.m. my hubby & kids all want my undivided attention. Even my phone rings more with people just wanting to reach out & touch someone.
So when you are planning your meals, workout or even your day, how do you stay focused on "the Plan?"
