Another Day

I did my exercises for my legs, I was almost perfect! 3 sets of 15 and only lost form on the last few. should I change exercises or increase weight?

Huge issues at work. have a great day!

    Funnily enough, I can answer this as I only read something about it on SP yesterday. :-)
    If you can lift the weight with good form 20 times, it is time to increase the weight you use for that specific exercise. It made me realise that I need to work out which of my weights is good for which exercise, as I'd been using the same weight for almost everything. LOL

    Hope the work issues are sorted.
