Funnily enough, I can answer this as I only read something about it on SP yesterday. :-) If you can lift the weight with good form 20 times, it is time to increase the weight you use for that specific exercise. It made me realise that I need to work out which of my weights is good for which exercise, as I'd been using the same weight for almost everything. LOL
