My Training went well...My ass hurts lol Literally

Yes I feel like I've pulled a muscles in my buttock...Its a shooting pain from my training session on Sat...Ive since worked out a couple times and Im still feeling this pain...Im so upset because I do not want it to slowed down my workouts. Of course I dont feel like going to do the doctor...But if it is still hurting by Sat. Unfortunately, I will have to go..Other than that Im still loving my transitions. Toodles...

    I may know what pain you're talking about. Have you tried a glute stretch? It's really helpful at relieving that type of pain. Here's the link to the page: http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource

    Also, check out the fitness section for more lower body/glute stretches.
