Or so I am trying to convince myself. I really do enjoy exercising even though I recently got off track. I tried a new workout DVD: "Biggest Loser Workout" Power Walk. So far it is great. The #1 walk pushes me just a little more. Felt great!
I gained a pound. My calories were good. I think it was the lack of exercising and a few poor food choices (chocolate chip cookies). I didn't have many, but I had 2 a day for 3 days in a row!!
