During Stressful Times It's easy To Reconnect With Old friends Like Ben & Jerry or A Slice Of Chocolate Cake

1.) Eats Lots Of Vatimin C. Keep EATING Fruits And Veggies Rich In Vatimin C Like Broccoli, Spinach And Berries.

That Vatimin C Helps The Body Manage Stress More Effectively By Boosting Natural Defenses That Keep You Healthy And Balanced.

2.) Don't Punish Yourself. If You Spend The Night With Hagen Daaz, FORGIVE Yourself.
Don't Starve Yourself The Next Day To Break Even. Just Get Back On The Horse with Your Next Meal .
Denying Your Body FOOD And Dwelling On Slip-Ups Will Only Add More Stress To Your Life. Just Move On !

3.) Exercise More
Working Out For Atleast 20-30 Minutes Can Incresae Your Endorphines Leaving You Exhilarated And Refresh And Less Tense. Plus Exercise Burn Calories And Can Curb Appetite Because Of The Hormones Releases During Exercise

Fantastic blog - I am "liking" it!

I never dated Hagen Daz or Ben & Jerry's but I have been intimate with Walmart's Chocolate-Chocolate Cake! Too many times!!

I totally agree - every day is a new day to just keep on trying!

Wow! I don't think I've ever had any Ben & Jerry's but did you HAVE to show it! Anyway, I don't think I missed anything. I do like all types of berries - they are great plain and simple! In fact, the berries and freggie pics look better than the ice cream!

    Thanks for posting!
