Managing stress...

There's a certain amount of stress I put on myself when I get back to watching my calories and exercising. then when the stresses of life get piled on -like problems with a 20 ys old son- it's easy to think of putting the weight loss stress on hold...but I am choicing to think of it as GOOD thing for ME. an oasis where I can let go of everything for a little bit.

    Excellent point! Use SP and weight loss as a "port in the storm", so to speak. A place to get away from your stressors!
