I was really bad this past weekend, after doing Pilates on Saturday I didn't work out the rest of the weekend or Monday. I also didn't do well on eating either to be honest. After doing so well the rest of the week I was feeling pretty discouraged, like I had already failed myself. But last night I got my butt into gear and did my workout. And you know what, today I got on the scale and I lost 2 pounds. Not much but definitely a start. So my goal this week is to really buckle down on my workouts and stop making excuses for myself. Hopefully I will be feeling better about this weekend come Monday :)
