Well it is now time to get back in the saddle or on the saddle, not certain which it is. I have not done any heavy cardio in a week. Tonight is Zumba and I am ready. Hope this will help jumpstart my body and get me back on the road to losing the weight.
I am aiming for 5 pounds a month. By the time I return to the doctor in November would love to be down to 165 pounds . According to my BMI, I need to weigh 145-150 so pounds. Yeah, right, is what I say. Getting down to 160 would be cause for a very big celebration . Getting down to 165 would be cause for a big celebration . For me either would be a win-win situation. Let's Go ZUMBA!
