I was out shopping today and decided to have a healthy Blackforest ham Subway lunch. I thought I would try a flatbread sandwich thinking it was a lower calorie choice. I always ask for all of the vegi's and I skipped the cheese but did ask for a small ribbon of light mayo. It sure was yummy and I enjoyed every bite especially since I got up late and didn't have a big breakfast. Well, surprise, surprise the calories and fat in the flatbread sandwich was higher than the regular Italian bread!!! Oh well, I will have to watch what I eat the rest of the day and pick a salad next time
