August Goals

"Every day do something that will inch you closer to a better tomorrow." With that thought in mind, I am going to make some goals for August.

1. Nourish myself
First week (8/1 to 8/7)
Look for an opportunity to swap a not-so-good choice with a better choice once a day.
Eat at least 6 servings of freggies every day.
Observe the portions I am choosing.

2. Move my body
First week (8/1 to 8/7)
Exercise 10 minutes every day.
Plan a strength routine for upper body, lower body, and core. Practice those exercises.

3. Expand my mind and heart
First week (8/1 to 8/7)
Meditate 10 minutes a day
Organize the books I want to read. Make a plan

4. Fire up my creativity
First week (8/1/ to 8/7)
Clean and organize my craft room.
Organize my WIPs. Make a plan.
Stitch 15 minutes a day.
